SHIPPING
- All in-stock products will be shipped within one to two weeks
- For preorders, please allow 4-8 weeks for production, processing, and shipping
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
- All sales are final unless the product arrives defective
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hawthorngoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product
- Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund/exchange for the original order
- We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within 14-days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests
- Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable
